Key Roles and Responsibilities: Research trending topics in Executive Education, Careers, Management, Data Science, Product Management, AI, and Upskilling domains.Identify high-performing content formats within the EdTech and Executive Education ecosystem.Analyze competitor channels, education creators, and industry thought leaders.Study student/learner behavior, FAQs, pain points, and search patterns to propose strong content ideas.Maintain and create a structured repository of topic insights, references, hooks, and title options.Research on educational videos, webinars, podcasts, and career-focused content.Track YouTube algorithm updates, EdTech trends, and content shifts.Be on camera to create short video content, intros, explainers, and research-led snippets.Competencies: Strong interest in education, career development, and upskilling.Must be confident and comfortable appearing on camera as a core part of the role.Ability to analyze YouTube content, formats, and audience engagement.Good research, documentation, and summarization skills.Bonus: Basic understanding of scripting, storytelling, or content strategy.Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and basic analytical tools.Who Should Apply:Graduates (2018-2025) & Students who’ll graduate in the next 6 months, who are passionate about content creation.What do we offer?
