Roles and responsibilities:Responsible to create, manipulate and edit the training videos for clientAttending training sessions & creating videos, meeting client expectations & guidelinesWork collaboratively with the team members to set the video flow and eliminate the challenges if any arises while performing the taskShould be accountable to complete the task in the given time frameCollaborating with the team members to refine the content creation process and operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of team deliverableCreative to understand the content and visualize the outputTechnical and Functional Skills:Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience on Video Creation and EditingExpertise in Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop, Audition, Adobe After Effects and Final Cut ProSolid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut Pro)Must have a portfolio with editing examples of strong knowledge of video production and post-production best practices Passion for all aspects of video production and post-production [videography techniques, studio management and color composition]Familiar with SCM terminologies, incoterms, import/export regulations (good to have) etc.Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuityFamiliarity with special effects, 3D and compositingAbility to work with minimal supervision and perform with a degree of accuracy in the execution of job assignments
