The role involves coordinating administrative tasks to support the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining records. The Sales Office Coordinator will serve as a point of contact for customers, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and assist in sales-related tasks such as processing orders, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also entails maintaining smooth communication between internal teams to support sales operations effectively. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationshipsProven ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction through efficient problem resolutionExperience in Administrative Assistance and proficiency in managing schedules, records, and office organizationUnderstanding of sales processes and capability to assist in sales-related tasksExcellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skillsTeam player with the ability to work well in an on-site environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and email toolsPrior experience in a customer-facing or administrative role preferredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
