Job Description:
Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales operations in the ceramic tile and sanitary ware segment. The primary responsibility will be to connect with potential B2B clients — including real estate developers, architects, interior designers, and consultants — to identify project requirements, introduce product offerings, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. Industry experience is preferred but not mandatory — what we value more is a street-smart attitude, strong communication skills, and a hunger to grow in the building materials space.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & ProspectingResearch and identify potential clients (developers, architects, consultants, contractors) through market intelligence, online portals, industry databases, and references.Understand upcoming and ongoing real estate projects (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.).Create and maintain a qualified lead database by geography, segment, and potential.2. Client Outreach & QualificationInitiate contact with key decision-makers via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and follow-ups.Briefly explain the company’s product offerings and value proposition tailored to the project type.Capture key client requirements such as tile and sanitaryware needs, project area (e.g., 20,000 sq.ft.), timelines, budgets, and specifications.3. Meeting CoordinationFix and schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the relevant sales/account manager.Ensure meetings are aligned with the client’s availability and preferences.Coordinate internally to prepare for meetings (product samples, catalogues, presentations, etc.).4. CRM & ReportingMaintain detailed records of all interactions, follow-ups, and status updates in the CRM system.Share regular updates with the line manager for tracking and strategic planning.Flag any hot leads or urgent requirements immediately.5. Support & Follow-UpProvide post-meeting support by ensuring timely follow-ups, sending brochures or product specs.Track progress on leads handed over to the sales team and update the system accordingly.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in EnglishComfort with tele calling, cold outreach, and B2B interactions and lead qualificationWillingness to learn the product portfolio and industry dynamicsTime management and ability to multitaskExperience with CRM tools and MS OfficePreferred But Not Mandatory:Experience in sales/pre-sales/business development in tiles, sanitaryware, CP fittings, or building materialsBackground in real estate, architecture, construction, or interiorsNote: Candidates from other industries (e.g., telecom, insurance, office automation, or SaaS) with strong sales instincts are welcome to apply.
