Role: Sales & Marketing Engineer – TransformersLocation: NagpurJob Description:Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell oil-filled and dry-type transformers across industrial, commercial, and institutional clients. - Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities through client visits, networking, and market research. - Conduct technical discussions with clients, prepare proposals, and generate quotations. - Manage customer communication, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely order follow-up. - Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and smooth project execution. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while developing new strategic accounts. - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets; prepare and submit sales performance reports. - Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to support strategic decision-making. - Required Skills - Strong technical understanding of transformer products (oil-filled, dry-type). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to manage customer expectations and multi-task effectively. - Proficiency in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales reports. - Self-driven, with strong analytical and market research capabilities.
