Job role: Sales Manager – IT SalesLocation : Nagpur (Work from Office) Shift Timing : US Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST) Experience : 5 – 8 YearsAbout the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with strong expertise in IT Sales to lead and guide our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving business growth, building client relationships, and mentoring high-performing teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to work in a US shift to cater to international clients.Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive IT service and product sales across global markets. Identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and manage end-to-end client acquisition. Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to senior leadership. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align sales goals with organizational objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5–8 years of proven experience in IT sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial/team lead role. Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and global sales processes. Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and drive results in a target-driven environment.
