The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing multi-location accounts, leveraging ERP systems, and ensuring seamless communication between branches and HQ. Key Responsibilities: Branch Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for all branch account teams, ensuring timely reporting and financial consistency. ️ ERP Management: Utilize and optimize our self-developed ERP software for real-time tracking, reconciliation, and reporting. Financial Oversight: Monitor accounts receivable/payable, cash flow, and branch-level financial health. Communication & Reporting: Prepare consolidated financial reports and present insights to senior management. Audit & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards across all branches.
