Store Manager

Role Overview:As a Store Manager at GIOIA, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and achieving profittargets for the brand. Your role requires ensuring an optimal mix and turnover of stock, supportedby the sales and marketing division. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing andimplementing effective sales plans to maximize brand penetration and profitability.Main Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Retail Store Management, with a strong background in retail.Experience in luxury brands is considered an advantage.Comprehensive knowledge of the market.Proven strategic thinking abilities.Excellent product knowledge, stock management, and sales skills.Outstanding communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages is preferred.Ability to continuously motivate staff to achieve assigned sales and productivity goals.Support the development of associates’ sales techniques and ensure high levels of sales and service.Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute sales strategies.Good health is required.Additional DetailsSalary range: 6 LPA -6.6 LPALocation: Kolkata Airport
