Our mission is to deliver effortless car care for vehicle owners and create meaningful opportunities for those in the industry.Role DescriptionThe Performance Marketing Head is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur. This role involves strategizing and managing digital/performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities include overseeing paid marketing efforts, analyzing campaign performance metrics, conducting competitor research, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and design to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.QualificationsWill drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display) to maximize ROI.Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify target audiences, opportunities, and trends. Strong skills in Marketing Management and Sales to drive impactful campaigns and strategies that align with business objectivesExperience in Public Relations to enhance brand visibility and maintain relationships with media and key stakeholdersStrong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics, interpret data insights, and adjust strategies for optimal resultsProven leadership abilities and team collaboration skillsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the automotive industry or operating in a startup environment is advantageousCreative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environmentP&L Management: Drive the D2C vertical’s P&L, ensuring end-to-end business delivery and achieving aggressive revenue targets.#PerformanceMarketing: Run ROI-focused ad campaigns across Meta, Google, marketplaces, and affiliate channels to drive high-value traffic and conversions.Growth & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Build and optimize high-convertinglanding pages and eCommerce funnels. Use analytics and A/B testing to reduce drop-offs and improveuser journeys.Product & Market Strategy: Work with product and sourcing teams to identifyhigh-selling SKUs. Define pricing, positioning, and creative angles to maximize market response.Customer Retention: Execute retention strategies to boost repeat purchase rates andincrease customer lifetime value (LTV) through email, WhatsApp, and SMS.Data & Reporting: Track daily and weekly KPIs — revenue, CAC, ROAS, LTV, repeatpurchases. Maintain dashboards and share actionable insights with leadership.Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and align teams across growth marketing, product,tech, and operations to ensure flawless execution of business goals.Requirements / Background:Strong Experience in a D2C, marketing, #performancemarketing, or business leadership role, preferably in the autocare or automotive products industry, D2C, Ecommerce etc.Track Record (Mandatory): Proven contribution to scaling a brand to ₹20–25 Crore+ in yearly revenue.Skills: Deep knowledge of the D2C ecosystem — paid media (Meta, Google), funnel building, CRO, and retention marketing.Technical Tools: Proficient with Shopify, GA4, Ads Manager, and CRM tools such as Klaviyo.Location: Must be Nagpur-based or willing to relocate.
