Our products range from sophisticated faucets to state-of-the-art shower systems, all designed to enhance the modern bathroom experience.Role Summary:We are looking for a highly creative, ownership-driven Marketing Manager who can lead our marketing function end-to-end. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor, capable of building powerful brand narratives through compelling storytelling, strong visual direction, and data-backed marketing decisions.This role requires someone who can independently manage social media, digital marketing, branding, website management, automation, and agency coordination — while leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, productivity, and performance.Role & Responsibilities:Digital & Social Media (End-to-End)· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.· Manage social media platforms (with strong focus on LinkedIn) end-to-end: ideation, storyboarding, content creation (posts, reels, videos), scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.· Create and manage a structured content calendar.Creative Direction & Storytelling· Develop compelling brand narratives through images, videos, and campaigns.· Create strong storyboards for shoots and digital content.· Lead and participate in photoshoots, ensuring high-quality visual output and brand alignment.Website & Product Management· Manage and update the company website, including product listings, technical drawings, and 2D/3D content.· Ensure strict quality control and brand consistency across all pages.Content & Communication· Write engaging blogs, website copy, emailers, newsletters, and campaign content.· Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and communication workflows.Automation & CRM· Manage WhatsApp marketing via WATI, including broadcasts, templates, and automated lead follow-ups.· Build efficient communication and lead-nurturing systems.Branding & Reputation· Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all channels and dealer materials.· Monitor online reviews and customer feedback, maintaining strong ORM practices.Agency & Cross-Functional Coordination· Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams (graphics, sales, management).· Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and business goals.Events & Industry Presence· Plan and manage trade shows and marketing events.· Build relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.Analytics, Research & Budget· Track campaign performance and share insights with the sales team.· Conduct market and competitor research.· Assist in managing the marketing budget efficiently.Qualifications:Minimum 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or integrated marketing roles. Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred).Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practicesExperience with SEO, social media marketing, and content creationWorking knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., WATI/WhatsApp automation, email marketing platforms, CRM systems).Strong understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation, analytics, automation, ideation, and productivity enhancement.Ability to create compelling presentations and marketing reports.Prior experience managing or mentoring a team is a strong advantage.Excellent communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyCompany’s URL:How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their resume to hr@.
