Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Good English communication skills (verbal & written). Energetic, self-driven, problem-solving mindset. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee end-to-end production operations to achieve production targets with qualitystandards. Monitor production planning, materials availability, and workflow optimization. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data and analytics. Manage, guide, and mentor production teams and line operators. Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and planning teams. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
