Legal Manager

End to end closure of contracts, drafting, vetting, negotiation and finalization of agreements & legal documents (Clients, Vendors, Marketing, Leases, HR, operations, etc.) Advising and counselling the business, by giving them legal support to minimise the risk of the organization and advise management on regulatory changes impacting business Collaborate with business leaders from markets PAN India and Global, as well as with supporting functions like Finance, HR and provide guidance on legal risks, policy development and other business-related issues. Handling regulatory aspects of company and its subsidiaries/associates Ensure compliance with Company policies, products and business Implementation and monitoring of Data protection laws and policies Will be responsible to manage relationship with legal team of key clients/vendors/etc Responsible for handling all legal matters and maintaining the trackers & documentation for legal department New business initiatives & lead in formation and modification of processes, policies and SOPs of the company
