The goal is simple. Give Wellness Coach employees a great set of gyms they can walk into and use regularly.You will own India end to end, from P&L to gym partnerships to hiring.Plenty of platforms offer gym access. Our difference is that we connect that access to actual health outcomes through the Wellness Coach app.What you’ll doBuild the Gym NetworkSign gym chains and known independent gyms.Work out per-visit payouts, exclusivity where it helps us, and simple SLAs.Activate Anchor Enterprise ClientsWork with our existing enterprise clients so their employees start using the network from day one.Run quarterly reviews alongside our customer success team. To enterprise buyers, you are the face of the gym network.Onboarding & QualityMove a new gym from signed contract to live booking and QR check-in quickly and without surprises.Keep the quality bar high on hygiene, safety, equipment, trainers, and member NPS. We don’t want to be a generic aggregator.Run partner success: dashboards that catch issues early, plus monthly reviews with our top gyms.Own the P&LPush visit volume up to unlock our best per-visit pricing with gyms.Mix high-end anchor gyms with high-utilisation chains to keep COGS healthy.Hire and Lead the India TeamHire a small Year 1 team: BD Executives in South and West IndiaRun the rhythm: weekly supply and activation reviews, monthly enterprise QBRs.Add the next layer in Year 2 (Activation Lead, City Managers) as the network grows.What success looks likeRevenue: Hit the India revenue plan in Year 1, and keep growing it every year.Margin: Gross margin improves every year as visit volume grows.Network: A live, transacting set of gyms in every launch city, growing in Year 1 and multiplying by Year 2.Activation: Employees actually use the network within 90 days of a launch, and keep using it.Retention: Gym partners renew because the network sends them real members, not just promises.What you’ll bring12–18 years of experience building networks, supply, or city operations at a consumer or marketplace business, with at least 5 of those years on a two-sided supply network in India.Background we like: Senior roles in India’s gym chains, global wellness marketplaces, digital health partnerships, or supply leadership at India’s large consumer marketplaces.You are a hands-on operator. You’ve actually built onboarding playbooks, partner dashboards, and field SOPs, not just signed contracts. You still spend a day a week in the field.You are good with numbers. You can read a unit-economics model, find the bottleneck, and make the margin call yourself. You pull your own dashboards when you need to.You can move between the boardroom and gym floor. You are equally comfortable with a Fortune 500 CHRO and with a gym owner. Partners trust you and renew. You have a clear view on closed versus open gym networks in India.Education: Bachelor’s degree required. MBA is nice to have but not essential.
