The Academic Head will oversee the department's academic activities, including curriculum development, faculty management, and student engagement. Responsibilities include planning and implementing new educational programs, managing the department team, fostering industry collaboration, and ensuring the quality of academic and research deliverables. The Academic Head will also act as a mentor for the department, guiding faculty, and students to achieve excellence in the field of Cyber Security.QualificationsExpertise in Educational Management and Curriculum Development to design and implement academic programs.Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with faculty, students, and external stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of Education and its application within the field of Cyber Security.Team Management skills to lead the department and coordinate with faculty and administrative staff.Proven leadership experience in an academic or research setting related to Cyber Security.PhD or equivalent advanced degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field is strongly preferred.Ability to foster a research-oriented and innovative academic environment.
