Our work spans US healthcare operations and healthcare software platforms, helping clients turn raw data into actionable insights and scalable systems.You will work across two primary engagements:Building operational data pipelines, dashboards, and workflow automation for multi-site healthcare operations companySupporting analytics and reporting for a pathology Laboratory Information System (LIS) used by laboratories across the USWe are a lean, high-ownership team, where you will work across the full data stack from day one.Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Data Analyst / Data Engineer who is comfortable working across data pipelines, dashboards, database queries, and automation.The role combines data engineering, analytics, and reporting, supporting both operational data systems and software product analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesData Engineering & PipelinesBuild ETL pipelines moving data from APIs and source systems into cloud warehousesManage scheduled pipelines on Google Cloud (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage)Ensure data quality and reliability across reporting systemsReporting & AnalyticsBuild dashboards using Looker Studio or Power BIDefine and track operational KPIs for healthcare operations and software platformsDeliver ad-hoc analysis and reportingLIS / LIMS ReportingBuild and maintain SSRS reports for pathology laboratories using the client’s LIS platformWrite SQL queries and stored procedures to support reporting logicUnderstand the LIS database schema and troubleshoot reporting support ticketsApplications & AutomationBuild internal tools using AppSheet and workflow automation toolsAutomate operational processes using GCP and integration toolsRequirementsMust HavePython and SQL proficiencyExperience with a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.)Dashboard development (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)Strong Excel / Google Sheets skillsNice to HaveExperience with SSRS or SQL-based reportingExposure to Google Cloud PlatformFamiliarity with healthcare data systems (EHR / LIS)Experience with no-code tools (AppSheet, Retool)Why JoinFully remote role with flexible hours across US and India timezonesWork across data consulting and healthcare software productsExposure to real-world US healthcare analytics projectsOpportunity to grow into a Senior Data Engineer or Analytics Lead
