Job Description: Candidates must have good experience in hiring and placing Full time / W2 & C2C candidates. Experience working with Implementation Partners / Direct Clients, VMS / MSP Models.The ideal candidate must have experience as a Technical Recruiter in US IT Staffing.Must have good experience in sourcing candidates on W2 / C2C / full-time, and well connected with vendors for C2C candidates.Must have experience in using ATS like Ceipal, Oorwin, or JobDiva and job portals like Monster, DICE, CB.Must have good experience in Xray search, and other open-source platforms to find passive candidates.Strong experience in tax terms, negotiations, building relationshipsAbility to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Very Strong communication and interpersonal skillsNote: Job location : Remote (Candidates must have a proper broadband connection and personal laptop or Desktop setup at home.)
