Techno-Functional Consultant – Oracle Retail (RMS)

About the Role:We are seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Retail Suite (RMS, ReSA, RPM) to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting complex retail systems while contributing to innovation in retail technology using modern architecture and tools.Responsibilities:Support, configure, and enhance Oracle Retail applications – RMS, ReSA, RPMWrite and optimize Oracle PL/SQL, Pro*C, and UNIX shell scriptsCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environmentWork on integration buses, message services, and SOA-based architectureUse Git/GitLab for version control and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven/GradleContribute to event-driven microservices architecture (Kafka, REST APIs, AWS/Kubernetes – bonus)Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field4+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Retail (RMS)Knowledge of ReSA, RPM, and related Oracle Retail modulesStrong in PL/SQL, Pro*C, UNIX shell scriptingExperience with Agile/Scrum, version control (Git), and job schedulers (TES or similar)Nice to Have:Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS cloudFamiliarity with event-driven design, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
