Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET, React, and Microsoft Azure to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust backend services, creating responsive front-end experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions from concept to deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, debug, and deploy scalable web applications using .NET / .NET Core, React, and AzureBuild and maintain backend services, APIs, and database-driven applicationsCollaborate with UI/UX designers to convert designs into intuitive, responsive user interfacesApply software development best practices, including coding standards, design patterns, and system design principlesParticipate in code reviews to ensure performance, security, and maintainability of both front-end and backend codeUnderstand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsImplement authentication and authorization mechanisms including Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely delivery of assigned featuresGuide and mentor junior developers, providing technical direction and supportCreate and maintain technical documentation, flowcharts, architecture diagrams, and design specificationsSupport CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automated build and deployment processesRequired Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Full Stack DeveloperStrong proficiency in C#, .NET / .NET CoreHands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScriptExperience working with Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Services and Azure SQLStrong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system designExperience with relational databases and Azure SQL / SQL ServerFamiliarity with front-end and back-end design frameworksExperience with Visual Studio and source control tools such as TFS, Git, or equivalentExperience working in CI/CD environments and build pipelinesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and deliver tasks with minimal supervision
