Speech Therapist

Onsite Location: Nagpur Synapse Child Development Centre is inviting passionate and qualified Speech Therapists to join our growing team in Nagpur. This role involves diagnosing and treating patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, contributing significantly to their ability to communicate effectively and improve their quality of life. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team committed to holistic care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed assessments of individuals with speech, language, and communication challenges. Design and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to patient needs. Provide therapy for speech, voice, language, and fluency impairments across age groups. Track and document progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Educate and guide families/caregivers on home strategies for supporting communication development. Maintain accurate records in compliance with clinical and legal standards. Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists, and educators to provide integrated care. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution. Valid certification and license to practice as a Speech Therapist in Maharashtra. freshers are also welcome to apply. Sound knowledge of therapy tools, techniques, and communication disorder assessments. Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Empathetic, patient-centered approach with strong listening skills. Capable of creating individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans. Time management and strong documentation skills.
