Lithium-Ion Battery Technician

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Lithium-Ion Battery Technician located in Nagpur. The technician will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining Lithium-Ion battery systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting diagnostics, troubleshooting, identifying faults, and ensuring optimal performance of li-ion cells. Additional responsibilities include maintaining safety protocols, documenting test results, and collaborating with the various teams to improve product quality and reliability.Qualifications- Proficiency in assembling and testing Lithium-Ion battery systems with attention to quality and precision. - Technical skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in battery operation and performance. - Familiarity with safety protocols and standards when working with Lithium-Ion batteries and related equipment. - Strong documentation skills to record testing results and provide detailed reports. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with engineers and technicians. - Degree, diploma, or certification in mechanical, electrical, or a related field is preferred.
