Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all kitchen operations on a daily basis Plan menus in coordination with senior management or executive chef Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards Control food costs, portioning, and wastage Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock rotation Train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams Handle equipment maintenance and kitchen safety procedures Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations Candidate Requirements Minimum7 years of experiencein a professional kitchen environment Proven experience as aKitchen Manager / Head Cook / Sous Chef Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations Ability to work under pressure and manage large-scale food production Cost control and inventory management experience Flexible, disciplined, and reliable International or overseas experience preferred Salary & Benefits Salary:Up toGBP 800 per month(Negotiable based on experience) Benefits: FreeFood FreeAccommodation Long-term contract opportunity
