Design Engineer - Plumbing & Fire Protection

The role of Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer will assist in the project management and design of our Mechanical projects you will be responsible for the timely delivery of our agreed deliverables and to ensure a very high level of quality is maintained. Key Roles/Tasks/Responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer to work on global projects-UK, Middle East /US Design plumbing and fire protection systems, including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads.Strong skills in Elite /Autosprink Fire Hydraulic Calculations Software.Lead projects from concept stage to completionLiaise with our clientsAs a Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer you will lead the design for a range of projectsReview the design and specification of various types of buildings and sectors.Review and production of detailed SchematicsDevelop the design standards within the organizationMentoring of junior engineering staffYou may be tasked with Providing fully detailed tender packages in line with our clients instructions.Develop and agree project scope with clientPreparation of design drawings covering all aspects of mechanical building services elements.Attend technical / project meetings via conference calls.Assist with the preparation of technical documentation for the issue of tenders and construction.Monitoring of all costs associated with your projects.Close out of all project items, and review any lessons learned. Necessary Requirement:Good written English and to be proficient at communication in English. PShall possess BE/ B Tech/ ME/ M Tech in Mechanical Engineering Experience coordinating/interfacing with other disciplines within the organisationHands on Experience on REVIT is must
