The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction site activities, coordinate with project teams, ensure quality control measures are met, and provide updates to relevant stakeholders. The role also involves interpreting structural designs, implementing engineering solutions, and ensuring all project work adheres to safety standards and timelines.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field1-4 years of experience in residential construction (mandatory)Proficiency in on-site construction management and supervisionExcellent communication skills for liaising with workers, contractors, and project stakeholdersExpertise in quality control processes to ensure compliance with project specificationsStrong knowledge of structural and civil engineering principlesProblem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to project executionPrior experience in a site engineering role, particularly in residential or design-focused projects, is an advantageExperience with software tools such as AutoCAD (preferred)
