Our mission is to promote sustainable water and energy practices while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.About the RoleThe Purchase Engineer / Procurement Engineer will play a crucial role in the Solar Division, focusing on the procurement of solar-specific materials and ensuring timely delivery in alignment with project requirements.Responsibilities- Direct procurement experience for solar-specific materials — any 3+ from: solar PV modules, string/central inverters, mounting structures (GI/aluminium), DC/AC/HT/LT cables, ACDB/DCDB panels, earthing & lightning protection, solar transformers, net metering equipment - Hands-on with vendor identification, RFQ/RFP preparation, techno-commercial comparison, negotiation, and PO/LOI issuance - Understanding of solar EPC project BOQ and procurement planning against project timelines - Experience coordinating with project/site team on material delivery schedules - Based in Nagpur OR willing to relocate — mandatoryWhat we're looking for.EducationB.E., B-Tech, Postgraduate.Experience3–6 years in solar procurementMaterials knowledge3+ solar material categoriesLocationNagpur-based or open to relocateRequired Skills- Direct procurement experience for solar-specific materials - Vendor identification and negotiation skills - Understanding of procurement planning and project timelinesPreferred Skills- Experience with solar EPC projects - Familiarity with material delivery coordinationPay range and compensation packageCTC: 3.6-4.5 LPAReady to apply?Send your resume to hr@
