It's 100% onsite role .Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented QA Manual Tester with 3–6 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual testing processes and methodologies. Experience with Playwright or other automation tools will be considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze system specifications, acceptance criteria, and user stories.Design, develop, and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test data.Perform various testing types including functional, regression, integration, smoke, and usability testing.Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, etc.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.Participate in test planning, estimation, and status reporting.Validate fixes and perform retesting and regression testing.Ensure test coverage and maintain test documentation.Work in Agile/Scrum environments and attend all relevant ceremonies.Contribute to the creation and improvement of testing processes and standards.(Optional but preferred) Assist in creating or maintaining Playwright automated test scripts. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.3–6 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web or mobile applications.Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and various testing methodologies.Experience writing detailed and comprehensive test cases, test plans, and bug reports.Solid understanding of UI/UX validation, API testing basics, and database validation using SQL.Familiarity with defect-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good to Have (Plus Skills) Hands-on experience with Playwright (or Selenium, Cypress, etc.) for automation.Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript/TypeScript/Python).Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
