Architectural Technician

For one of our part time project , We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Architectural Technician with expert level proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup and solid experience in 3D modelling.Role: Architect/ Architectural TechnicianExperience: 4 to 10 yearsDuration: 1-2 monthsEngagement mode: Remote (work form home)Work mode: Part time onlyStart date: Immediate. Only someone who could start immediate apply.The job role mainly includes designing, space planning and creating drawings using AutoCAD, 3D models, and completing admin office tasks that support residential architectural projects.This position offers an excellent opportunity to utilise a broad range of CAD and 3D modelling skills. The right candidate must have experience of developing 2D drawings and 3D models, solid experience in SketchUp modelling software and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop for 3D visual presentation purposes.Ability to realise design intent with expert 3D modelling and rendering skills in Lumion, SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray or alternative rendering programmes.This is a remote part-time role only with work timings from in the evening hours of IST or my mutual arrangement.ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed planning application drawings, technical drawings, specifications, and construction information and construction documents using AutoCAD.Create accurate 3D models and visualisations with SketchUp, Grasshopper 3D, or any other preferred software to work on interior design projects.Manage current and future projects swiftly and ensure tasks are completed up to date.Be able to clearly and consistently communication with clients and colleagues as part of basic office admin tasks.Assist in system design and graphic presentation for architectural proposals.Maintain organised digital files and ensure all drawings adhere to project standards and deadlines.RequirementsHave experience doing planning applications/ Permits. Know how to do the planning application drawings.Proven experience with CAD software such as AutoCADProficiency in 3D modelling tools including SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray Grasshopper 3D, Rhinoceros 3D or alternative rendering programmes (3D modelling).Knowledge of system design principles relevant to architecture and construction projects.Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.A recognised qualification in architecture or related field is preferred, however experience is valued more.
