We are committed to empowering students from Grades 6 to 12+ through innovative, engaging, and result-oriented learning experiences.Role Overview As aSenior Academic Counsellor , you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the most suitable learning solutions offered by Infinity Learn.Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales:Proactively connect with potential customers through calls, meetings, and local outreach to convert leads into successful sales. Consultative Selling:Understand the academic needs of students and parents to recommend personalized learning solutions. Revenue Growth:Plan and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and referrals. Negotiation & Closing:Handle objections effectively, negotiate pricing, and close deals successfully. Home Visits:Conduct home demonstrations to engage with leads in person and showcase product offerings.Desired Skills & Competencies Strong sales acumen with a result-oriented mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems Self-motivated, disciplined, and a collaborative team playerQualifications Minimum 2 years of overall sales experience At least 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry (preferably K–12 or test preparation) Bachelor’s degree in any disciplineWork Conditions 6-day work week (Monday fixed off) Must own a laptop/device for work-related tasksLocations:Pune | Nagpur | Hyderabad
