Role: Document Accessibility Consultant (SA)Location: India/RemoteType: ContractJob Description: Key Responsibilities• Lead and own document accessibility delivery, ensuring full compliance with:o European Accessibility Act (EAA)o WCAG 2.2 Level AAo EN 301 549o PDF/UA• Conduct formal accessibility audits, validations, and compliance sign offs.• Perform advanced assistive technology testing using:o NVDAo JAWSo VoiceOver• Review, approve, and sign off on accessibility deliverables• Mentor and train junior team members.• Act as Accessibility SME / SPOC for clients and internal stakeholders.• Support project estimation, onboarding, compliance reporting, and audit readiness activities. Required Skills (Mandatory)• 5–8 years of strong experience in document accessibility remediation, auditing, and compliance.• Deep expertise in European Accessibility Act (EAA), PDF/UA, WCAG 2.2 Level AA and EN 301 549 documentation requirements• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro.• Advanced proficiency in PDF Accessibility Checker (PAC)• Strong hands-on experience with NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver.• Proven ability to translate legal and technical accessibility requirements into actionable remediation guidance.• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have• IAAP ADS (Accessible Documents Specialist) certification• Design Accessible
