The company is built on long-term partnerships driven by trust, collaboration, and personalized service.Role Description – BIM LeadWe are seeking a highly experienced and proactive BIM Lead with extensive exposure to U.S.-based projects, particularly in industrial, mission-critical (data centers), and electrical systems. This leadership role requires an individual who can oversee the full BIM lifecycle, drive coordination strategies, and mentor a team of BIM engineers while ensuring high-quality project delivery.This is a full-time remote position. The BIM Lead will be responsible for managing BIM execution across multiple projects, establishing standards, and ensuring seamless collaboration among global stakeholders.Key responsibilities include leading BIM model development, overseeing multidisciplinary coordination (MEP, architectural, and structural), and ensuring compliance with project requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and industry standards. The role also involves driving innovation, improving workflows, and supporting digital construction initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage BIM delivery across multiple projects (LOD 300–500)Oversee creation and coordination of complex MEP and electrical BIM modelsDrive clash detection, coordination strategies, and issue resolution using Navisworks or similar toolsReview and approve shop drawings, construction documentation, and
