Job Title: Customer Support ExecutiveAbout Us:We’re a fast-growing apparel brand building a strong community and customer experience.Role Overview:As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll handle customer queries across channels and workclosely with our warehouse team to ensure seamless order processing, dispatch, and issue resolution.Key Responsibilities:1. Manage customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and social media2. Resolve order-related concerns (shipping, returns, exchanges, delays)3. Coordinate daily with the warehouse team for order status, dispatches, and escalations4. Ensure accurate tracking updates and proactive communication with customers5. Handle COD, prepaid, and refund-related queries6. Maintain a smooth post-purchase experience for all customersRequirements:- 1–3 years of experience in customer support (e-commerce/fashion preferred)- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume queries- Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindsetGood to Have:- Experience working with delivery partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.- Familiarity with order management systems (like Uniware or similar)What We’re Looking For:- Someone proactive, responsible, and quick on their feet- A team player who can coordinate across departments- Someone who understands brand tone and customer experience
