This role requires strong execution skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of multimodal AI projects across text, image, audio, and videoCoordinate cross-functional teams including researchers, engineers, and data specialistsDrive project planning, execution, and timely delivery against defined milestonesManage stakeholders and ensure clear communication and alignment on goalsTranslate complex AI requirements into structured roadmaps and actionable plansMonitor KPIs, track progress, and proactively mitigate risks and bottlenecksOptimize resource allocation to ensure high-quality project outcomesIdentify process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and team productivityNavigate ambiguity and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentKey Requirements:4+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in AI/ML or tech-driven environmentsExposure to or understanding of multimodal AI workflows (text, image, audio, video) is a plusStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to translate complex technical requirements into structured execution plansProven experience managing cross-functional and distributed teamsStrong problem-solving and execution mindsetComfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environmentsStrong English communication skills (written and verbal) requiredOffer Details:Commitments Required: 40 hours per week with at least 4 hours PST overlapEmployment type : Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave)Duration of contract : 4 weeks; [expected start date is next week]Evaluation Process:Candidates will need to complete a short assessment, after which shortlisted candidates will proceed to an interview round.
