The firm develops and manages multifamily properties across the United States and is seeking to build a high-performance offshore team to support its asset conversion and compliance processes.Role OverviewWe are seeking highly detail-oriented professionals to support the conversion of real estate developments into stabilized, income-producing assets under the US Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.This role is heavily focused on:Financial data reconciliationDocumentation managementCompliance and reportingProcess execution with high accuracyThe position is best suited for candidates with an audit or accounting background who are comfortable working with structured processes and large datasets.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Cost Certification SupportPrepare and reconcile project financial data (trial balances, cost reports, sources & uses)Assist in the preparation of cost certification packagesIdentify and flag inconsistencies across financial documentsCategorize costs based on defined eligibility rulesDocumentation & ComplianceOrganize and maintain structured digital files for each projectCompile documentation required for regulatory submissions (8609 applications)Ensure completeness and consistency across all submission materialsProcess & Workflow ManagementTrack project timelines and deliverables across multiple dealsMaintain internal trackers and dashboards (e.g., or Excel-based systems)Proactively flag delays, missing information, or risksCoordination & CommunicationWork closely with US-based team membersPrepare draft summaries, reports, and responses for reviewParticipate in regular coordination callsQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance ( / )1–6 years of relevant experience8 plus years of experience required.CA/CPA having Audit experience.
