Project Manager

We are a growing marketing agency looking for a Project Manager who can bring clarity, structure and accountability to our workflow.This role is for someone who understands how creative and technical teams work and can ensure projects move forward smoothly. You will act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams, making sure requirements are clearly understood and projects are delivered on time.What you will be doingCoordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectationsTranslate client requirements into clear tasks for the design, content and development teamsManage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on scheduleTrack project progress and follow up with teams to keep work moving forwardMaintain project trackers and regular status updatesCommunicate updates, feedback and revisions between clients and internal teamsEnsure quality checks before final deliveryWhat we are looking for1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar roleExperience working in a marketing agency or digital environment is preferredStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects at the same timeComfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Trello, Asana or similarThis is an on-site role based in Virar, Mumbai.If you enjoy working with people, keeping projects organised and ensuring clients receive work on time, we would love to hear from you.Please send your CV to with the subject line: Application for Project Manager.
