Job Description:

Role:The Senior Officer in Employee Relations is responsible for fostering a positive work environment by managing employee engagement, conducting RAG analysis, and facilitating SKIP meetings. This role involves analyzing attrition and retention metrics, ensuring adherence to POSH guidelines, and overseeing disciplinary actions. Additionally, the role requires efficient management of leave and attendance, addressing employee grievances, and providing counseling to support employee well-being. The position is based in Nagpur and involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a harmonious workplace.Job Responsibilities:Conduct employee engagement activities to enhance workplace satisfaction and foster a positive organizational culture. Utilize surveys and feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment and develop strategies for improvement.Perform RAG (Red-Amber-Green) analysis to identify areas of concern within the workforce and develop action plans to address these issues promptly and effectively.Organize and facilitate SKIP meetings to provide a platform for employees to voice their concerns and suggestions directly to senior management, ensuring transparency and open communication.Analyze attrition rates and retention metrics to identify trends, root causes and implement strategies to enhance employee retention and reduce turnover.Ensure compliance with POSH guidelines by conducting training sessions, handling complaints with sensitivity and taking appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.Manage leave and attendance systems to ensure accurate record-keeping, policy compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies or issues that may arise.Address employee grievances in a timely and effective manner, providing counseling and support to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment.Collaborate with HR and management teams to implement employee retention programs and initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance employee satisfaction.Criteria:Any Bachelor's Degree3+ years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.Strong understanding of labor laws and POSH guidelines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
