The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills and a strong customer-centric mindset to deliver high-quality service in line with client expectations.Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for U.S.-based clients via voice. • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving queries, complaints, and requests efficiently. • Adhere to defined process guidelines, quality standards, and SLAs. • Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions. • Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills during customer interactions. • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Mandatory Requirements: • Prior experience in Customer Service within an International Call Centre / BPO environment. • Hands-on experience handling International BPO processes, preferably U.S. customers. • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) — this is a critical requirement as per client expectations. • Strong listening skills, clear articulation, and a neutral or acceptable international accent. • Ability to handle customer interactions confidently and professionally.Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with U.S. customer service standards and cultural nuances. • Experience working in voice-based international processes. • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.Educational Ǫualifications: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.Work Environment: • Night shift to support PST (U.S. time zones). • Work-from-office only. • Use of headsets, interpretation software, and secure communication systems.
