Production Support Specialist

Experience: 5+ yearsLocation: NAGPURNotice Period: Immediate Joiner only- Investment banking domain is must. - Provide L2/L3 application support running on Oracle databases with PL/SQL and Unix components. - Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues related to PL/SQL procedures, jobs, and Unix shell scripts. - Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive actions. - Maintaining comprehensive documentation of support processes, issue resolutions, and knowledge base articles to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Should be good to contribute individually and work as SME along team a good team player who can lead the team. - Ability to understand client queries and should build plan to fulfil the requirements along with team and get back to client within deadline. - Leading and mentoring a team of app support specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. - Should be good in leading and drawing initiatives to closure. - Will be expected to do timely delivery on ask pro-actively.Required Skills:- Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL – writing/debugging procedures, functions, packages. - Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting – reading/editing/debugging scripts. - Solid understanding of job scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys). - Experience working in a production support or application support environment. - Hands-on experience with service Now monitoring and dashboard creation. - Good communication and documentation skills. - Proven team lead experience. - Ability to work in a 24x7 support model or on-call rotation.
