Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic team of promoters and telecallers, fostering a results-driven culture. Revenue Growth:Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies for premium services and D2C products. Performance Management:Set clear KPIs, coach teams for success, and ensure consistent achievement of targets.Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of experience leading and scaling large telesales teams in fast-paced environments.
