Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning and Development Specialist located in Nagpur. The specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills of employees and students. They will work closely with faculty and staff to identify training needs, create instructional materials, and deliver engaging training sessions. Additionally, the specialist will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement. Qualifications Training & Development and Learning Management skills Expertise in Instructional Design and Coaching Strong Communication skills Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff Relevant experience in the education sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
