Job Description: • Explain policy terms, coverage, exclusions, and premiums clearly to customers. • Generate new business through leads, referrals, and cross-selling. • Process applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately. • Assist clients with claims processing, documentation, and resolution. • Maintain compliance with insurance laws, regulations, and company policies.
