The position involves assisting passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding. The CSA will also provide information about flight schedules, delays, and airport services, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage passenger inquiries and complaints. Some work from home is acceptable. Qualifications Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Knowledge of airline operations and procedures Proficient in handling passenger data and managing check-in systems Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Effective communication skills in English and local languages Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress efficiently Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Basic IT and computer skills Prior experience in airport operations or customer service is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
