Supervisor

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor, located in Nagpur. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory. Additional responsibilities include training and mentoring employees, scheduling shifts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The Supervisor will also handle any escalated customer issues and collaborate with other departments to optimize store performance.
