Manager - Contracts

Position : Manager – Contracts (Pre Bid Contracts) Location: Nagpur Qualification : BE / B Tech + NICMAR- CPCM Yrs of Exp.: - 5 +Years Key Roles and responsibilities: Reviewing bids and assessing contractual risks / Making right suggestions / Drafting MoUs / Developing bid documents. Site visits and Identification of risks and formulating risk mitigation measures for tenders and project Contract Management: Efficiently manage the project according to contract terms, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulations. Reviewing and vetting of various RFPs, concession agreements, service agreements, vendor agreements, share subscription agreement (SSA), shareholders agreement (SHA), works contracts, work orders, letter of interests etc. Review and capture obligations, financial risks, operational risks and legal risks from RFPs, MSAs, SLAs etc Contractual Disputes: Resolve contractual disputes swiftly and amicably, fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders. Contract Amendments: Facilitate necessary amendments and modifications to contracts, keeping them updated and reflective of project needs
