Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Focus on Production Controlling (SAP FI/CO)

We have a flat organisational structure, which enables a direct, rapid decision-making processes, which is not hierarchical but clearly market- and process-oriented.To support this planned rapid growth, a management team is being established at group level. We are therefore looking for a candidate with a passion for finance and a hands-on approach to join us as soon as possible.Your ResponsibilitiesEnsure smooth operation of all financial accounting and cost accounting processes in an international environmentOversee financial operations for multiple legal entitiesTake strategic responsibility for financial and production controlling processes, with a strong focus on SAP FI/CO, including continuous optimizationOptimize production costs by implementing and monitoring efficient controlling systems using SAP FI/CO to enable accurate cost analysis and improve profitabilityEnsure transparency and traceability of cost structures across the entire production value chainLead the finance department and collaborate closely with production management to create synergies between operational and financial processesDevelop business cases for investments, conduct cost analyses, and support decision-makingManage budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning in alignment with operational activitiesWork closely with external stakeholders such as investors, banks, and auditors, ensuring transparent financial reportingTake responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Switzerland, Germany & Austria)Coordinate revenue, cost center, and project reportingProvide key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive managementDrive conceptual development in financial and costing processes, including implementation in IT systemsLead, mentor, and develop a well-established teamAct as head of financial accounting (FIBU)Your ProfileDegree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in finance and accounting within an industrial environment, including financial statements and production controllingProven leadership experience, strong initiative, and a structured working approach with a team-oriented mindsetStrong expertise in SAP FI/CO and MS OfficeEntrepreneurial, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking and actingExperience in leading teams and implementing efficient financial systems, particularly SAP FI/CO-based solutionsPragmatic and efficient approach to processes with a focus on continuous improvementFluent English (written and spoken)German skills are preferred (written and spoken)What we’re looking forYou are a proactive, smart professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
