Role: AI Strategy Lead Location: Nagpur, MH (Work from office) Duration: Fulltime Experience: 10 to 15 years Working Hours: UK Shift (02.00 PM to 11.00 PM IST) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or 30 daysJob Description: A person with a good understanding of AI, and someone who has managed projects and people management We are scaling our Data, AI & Gen AI practice and are looking for a Senior AI Strategy Lead to join us in Pune. We’re looking for a self-driven AI leader who can work at the intersection of strategy, architecture, client engagement, and execution, especially across Banking, Pharma, and Life Sciences clients.What you’ll do: Partner with global clients as a trusted AI & GenAI advisor Define AI / GenAI / Agentic AI strategies and roadmaps (Big four, GSI experience desired) Design secure, scalable architectures across Cloud, Data Platforms, and AI Lead and grow high-performing teams in a global delivery model Own delivery outcomes and project P&L Stay hands-on enough to guide teams (SQL, Python, AI/ML, GenAI) What we’re looking for:10–15 years of IT / Digital experience Strong client-facing background (Preferred - Banking / Pharma / Life Sciences) Deep understanding of Cloud, Data, Security, AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI Experience managing teams, delivery, and financials Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership Why this role Opportunity to build and shape an AI practice, not just run projects Work on cutting-edge GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives High visibility with global leadership and enterprise clients
