Our products are exported across multiple international markets includingAfrica, CIS countries, and Southeast Asia . As we continue expanding globally, we are looking for anAssistant Manager – International Business Developmentto support our international sales and market expansion efforts.Role Description The Assistant Manager – International Business Development will be responsible fordeveloping and managing export markets, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with international distributors and partners . The role will work closely with theBusiness Development Head and senior leadershipto grow the company’s international presence and increase export revenues.Key Responsibilities Market Development Identify and developnew export markets and business opportunitiesfor pharmaceutical products. Build and manage relationships withinternational distributors, importers, and pharmaceutical partners . Conduct market research to identifyhigh-potential products and countries for expansion . Sales & Business Growth Achieveinternational sales targetsfor assigned markets. Prepare and negotiatecommercial proposals, pricing structures, and supply agreements . Coordinate with distributors to ensuretimely order placement and business growth . Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships withexisting international clients and partners . Address client inquiries regardingproducts, pricing, regulatory requirements, and logistics . Ensure high levels ofcustomer satisfaction and long-term partnerships . Regulatory & Product Coordination Coordinate with theregulatory team for product registrations in new markets . Work with internal teams to identifyproducts suitable for specific markets . Track registration timelines and product approvals. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely withproduction, planning, regulatory, QA, and logistics teamsto ensure smooth order execution. Monitor order status and ensuretimely dispatch of shipments . Trade Shows & Market Visits Represent the company atinternational pharmaceutical exhibitions and trade shows . Conductmarket visits to distributors and partnersto strengthen business relationships.Qualifications Proven expertise inInternational Business Development and familiarity with International Businesspractices 3–6 years of experiencein international pharmaceutical business development or exports Experience handlingpharma exports to Africa, CIS, or Southeast Asia is preferred Experience in Sales with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing targets Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related fieldSkills & Competencies StrongMarket Research and analytical skillsto identify trends and opportunities in global markets Strong understanding ofpharmaceutical export markets ExceptionalCommunication and interpersonal skillsto build and maintain international client relationships Ability to develop and manageinternational distributor networks Good understanding ofpricing strategies and international trade practices Strong coordination and relationship management skills Proficiency in additional languages will be considered a plusWhat We Offer Opportunity to work with arapidly expanding pharmaceutical export company Exposure tointernational markets and global business development Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives Opportunities forinternational travel and market exposure
