Job Title: Head of Investor Relations (Series A)Brand: HOORA – India’s Leading Doorstep Car Care BrandLocation: Nagpur (In-office role)Reports To: CEO / FounderJob MissionTo empower high-potential startups by securing funding, establishing strong investor relations, and providing expert financial guidance, driving scalable growth, and long-term value creation.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investment Banker with a background in early-stage investment. You will act as the key link between the founder and investors, supporting the structuring and execution of fundraising strategies across the Seed to Series A stages.Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising Support: Actively support the execution of the Seed to Series A fundraising strategy, managing data rooms and investor outreach.Financial Modelling: Build, refine, and maintain detailed financial models, projections, and valuation analyses to support capital planning.Investor Materials: Prepare and refine high-quality pitch decks and investor narratives that clearly articulate the company's growth story.Due Diligence: Coordinate and manage the due diligence process, ensuring timely submission of all necessary financial and legal documentation.Strategic Advisory: Assist founders in analysing capital strategy, valuation scenarios, and strategic deployment of funds.Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience (Mandatory): You have 1–3 years of experience in a finance or investment-related role.VC/PE Background (Mandatory): Previous professional experience as an Investment Analyst, Investment Associate, or Investment Operations Associate within a Venture Capital (VC) or Private Equity (PE) firm is required.VC Preference: Candidates who have previously worked at prominent Indian VC firms such as Kalaari Capital, 2 AM Ventures, 100X.VC, Titan Capital, V3 Venture, or similar, are highly preferred.Financial Acumen: Strong proficiency in financial modelling, business analysis, and valuation skills.Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of startup finance, equity funding, and an interest in the D2C, mobility, or automotive tech sectors.Mindset: Entrepreneurial and data-driven, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
