Shift Time: 6 PM to 3 AM IST (US timezone)Employment Type: Full-Time - ContractAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a senior, hands-on Growth Marketer to own mobile user acquisition and subscription growth for our US-based kids’ learning apps, HOMER and codeSpark.This is a high-visibility IC role. You will personally manage paid acquisition, own the subscription funnel end-to-end, and present clear, concise insights to senior leadership (CMO, CFO, CEO).What You’ll OwnMobile Growth & Strategy● Own end-to-end mobile growth strategy across iOS and Android.● Translate business goals into acquisition, trial, and subscription targets by channel and geo.● Allocate spend based on LTV, payback, and incrementality, not just CPI.Hands-On User Acquisition● Manage and optimize campaigns across:● Meta App Campaigns● Google App Campaigns (UAC)● Apple Search Ads● TikTok / select programmatic partners (as needed)● Design campaign structure, bidding, audiences, budgets, and optimization strategies.● Continuously test events, bids, geos, and placements to improve CPT and payback.Measurement, Data & Experimentation● Own mobile attribution (AppsFlyer or similar): events, postbacks, SKAdNetwork, and integrations.● Define and evolve optimization events (trial start, early engagement, learning quality).● Run experiments across:➔ Trial setup (length, credit card vs no card)➔ Pricing and offers➔ Onboarding and paywall (with Product)➔ Use cohorts and LTV to decide what to scale, cut, or rebalance across platforms and geos.Creative, ASO & App Store● Own growth briefs for creatives: angles, hooks, audiences, and formats.● Guide creative testing volume and cadence across Meta, UAC, and ASA.● Partner with creative and product teams to align ads, store assets, and first in-app experience.● Collaborate on ASO, App Store assets, and Custom Product Pages to improve install → trialconversion.Cross-Functional & Leadership CommunicationPartner with Product and CRM to improve:● Work with Finance on forecasting, budgets, and scenario planning.● Deliver concise weekly and monthly growth updatesDesired skills & experience● 6–10+ years in growth/digital marketing, with 3+ years owning mobile UA for a consumer app● Hands-on experience with Meta, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads● Experience managing $100k–$300k+/month in mobile UA spend● Proven work on subscription or trial-based products● Strong experience with AppsFlyer / Adjust, SKAdNetwork, cohorts, and LTV analysis● Solid Excel/Sheets skills (CAC, LTV, payback modeling)● Excellent executive communicationGood to Have● Experience with kids, education, or family-focused apps● US / Tier-1 market experience● Familiarity with ASO, product analytics, or CRM tools
