Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:Execution of holistic marketing plan for ecommerce products.Identify potential target segments and define in terms of audience available on platform.Define product positioning, key selling points and communication strategy basis the market competitiveness and data insight.Chart out effective out of the box Digital, Media, PR and Creative plans in sync with platform external marketing team and Central marketing teams (Planning, digital, Media, PR).Bring ideas and innovations to create clutter breaking campaigns.Develop and design all ecommerce marketing artwork and messaging work in co-ordination with central marketing teams, Head Office, and ecommerce platform.Source and share marketing insights and trends that will improve the quality of work.Ensure brand, messaging, style, and tone consistency is always maintained across the ecommerce platforms.Oversee the product development process in close coordination with central product teamCo create launch strategy with the IMC team and the platform (Amazon/Flipkart) and execute the strategy on platforms ensuring an impeccable launchOwn cost improvements and maximize profit share. Control offers running on selection within the platforms (Flipkart/Amazon) and minimize spends (with minimum effect on sales). Devise an action plan to achieve yearly sales target. Maximize sales while maintaining healthy DOH and controlling offers on the platformsSkill Set:3-6 years’ experience in content management Integrated marketing planning having ecommerce marketing knowledge.Creative thinking and passionate for creating content.Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable in working with a multi-stakeholder cross functional team environment.Well-organized, able to meet multiple project timeline and demonstrate attention to details.Able to work independently, solve problems, take initiative, “self-starter” and use good judgment.
