Deputy Manager - BHR

Role:The HRBP–is responsible for the HR in Nagpur for a head count of 500+. The position encompasses the role of an Business HR focusing on all activities related to Business partnering role. The potential recruit is expected to have a solid experience in HR practices, statutory compliance and a sound knowledge in HR Engagements and Touchpoints.Job Responsibilities:Employee relations / conducted employee engagement, RAG Analysis/ SKIP meet, Attrition analysis, Retention analysis, POSH / disciplinary action, Leave & attendance management, Conducting Rewards & Recognition / Induction /Orientation, FTE’s handled under their spanSupport end to end HRBP delivery, fostering a strong business relationship with the stake holdersInduction and assimilation of the new joinersEmployee Confirmation, Performance Management and AppraisalsEmployee Grievance and counselingConduct regular employee connect sessions to understand their concerns and implement action plan to address themConduct weekly meetings with respective business unitsFocus on supervisory enablement activitiesPlan and execute engagement activities for the locationAddress and resolve employee queries in a timely mannerManage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigationsMaintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory complianceCriteria:Any Graduate (Specialization in Human Resource Management is preferred)7+ years of experienceExcellent Oral and Written Communication skills with an understanding of IT/ITES cultureGood client interfacing skillsEmployee development and performance management skills
