Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Mandatory)Industry: Thermal Power Plant – AHP / BMH (Bulk Material Handling) / CHP / Boiler Maintenance (BM)Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical or ElectricalLocation: Nagpur, MaharashtraAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Proposal Manager with strong technical exposure in thermal power plant systems, shutdown works, ash handling systems, bulk material handling, coal handling and boiler maintenance activities.The candidate will lead complete tendering, costing, site assessment, BOQ preparation, technical write-ups, and techno-commercial proposal submissions for MAHAGENCO, NTPC and private power plant projects.Key Responsibilities- Study RFx/tender scope, drawings, technical conditions & BOQs in detail. - Conduct site visits to understand actual system condition, take measurements, and prepare accurate BOQs and costing inputs. - Prepare full Techno-Commercial Proposals, execution methodology, resource plans & schedules. - Prepare rate analysis, manpower estimation, equipment planning & pricing sheets. - Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, internal teams & subcontractors for cost inputs. - Draft technical clarifications, deviations, and client correspondence. - Support management in tender negotiations and technical presentations. - Maintain tender trackers, PQ documentation & submission schedules.Required Experience- Minimum 5 years in Thermal Power Plants with strong experience in: - ✔ Ash Handling Plant (AHP) - ✔ Bulk Material Handling (BMH) - ✔ Coal Handling Plant (CHP) - ✔ Boiler Maintenance (BM) – ducts, dampers, pipelines, mechanical works - ✔ Shutdown / AOH works & mechanical refurbishment - Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems, pipelines, bends, valves, conveyors, compressors & plant maintenance.Skills Needed- Strong techno-commercial understanding - Excellent BOQ preparation, costing & rate analysis skills - Technical drafting & proposal writing - Advanced Excel & MS Office proficiency - Client coordination & communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlinesWhy Join Us?- Work with one of the fastest-growing technical service providers in thermal power plants - Exposure to large projects & specialized technical works - High-growth role with direct involvement in senior-level decision makingHow to ApplyEmail: hr@; shashank.patel@Contact: +91-8007766110- Subject: Application – Proposal Manager
